Stay Timing
- Check-in 12 PM
- Check-out on departure day 9 AM
Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is paid
- 50% of the total booking amount is paid in monthly installments before the date
Minimum Booking
- The minimum headcount agreed upon at booking must be respected
- If the minimum is not met, an accommodation difference is charged 200 EGP / person / night
Security Deposit
- A security deposit is paid in cash on arrival 3000 EGP
- Refunded when halls and rooms are returned in the condition they were received
- Any damages are deducted from the deposit
Cancellation Policy
- 4+ months before the date Full refund
- 2–3 months before 15% deducted
- 1 month or less before No refund
